At 06:04 hours on Sunday morning Company 27, Station 11 (Bentleyville), and Medic 1100 (Bentworth EMS) were dispatched to Beallsville Rd in West Pike Run Twp. for a MVA, vehicle into a ditch.  Upon arrival it was found that the driver of the vehicle was still in the vehicle and was unconscious.  Crews from both fire companies worked together to get the driver immobilized, and out of the vehicle.  After extrication was complete the patient was given to the awaiting EMS crew, and transported to Washington Hospital.  Crews cleared the scene just over an hour later.  Units on scene included Engine 27-1, Medic 11, Rescue 11, Squad 11, Engine 11, Medic 1103, and Pennsylvania State Police.
